  • THE ROMAN EMPIRE - Mortadella, artichoke sauce, stracciatella, pistachio

  • LUIGI - Parma prosciutto, truffle cheese, mushroom cream, rocket

  • PORCHETTA - porchetta, gabbage, chipotle dressing, caramelised onion

  • CAPRESE- Heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes pesto, lettuce(VG) (can be vegan)

  • TOO HOT TO LAST - Fremantle octopus, ‘nduja, stracciatella, fennel salad

  • POLLO - chicken, iceberg salad, gremolata, garlic honey glaze, salted ricotta
